Job summary

Sage Rehabilitation Outpatient in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring full-time Physical Therapists. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, plus an ESOP ownership plan and a complete benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and a 401-K plan.

You will work in an interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care and professional development. We seek licensed physical therapists or near licensure, with strong time management and a passion for helping patients restore function

Qualifications

• Licensed by the Louisiana Physical Therapy Board
• CPR certification required
• Excellent time management and patient care orientation

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and administer therapies
• Maintain communication across therapy sessions
• Educate and train caregivers to support recovery
