Job summary

Sage Rehabilitation Outpatient in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring full-time Physical Therapists. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, plus an ESOP ownership plan and a complete benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and a 401-K plan.

You will work in an interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care and professional development. We seek licensed physical therapists or near licensure, with strong time management and a passion for helping patients restore function

Requirements:

• Must be currently licensed by the Louisiana Physical Therapy Board or nearing graduation to obtain licensure
• CPR certification
• Excellent time management skills. Patient care oriented.

Job Duties:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and administer appropriate physical therapy treatments to patients with various diagnoses and impairments.
• Maintain effective communication to ensure continuity of care across therapy sessions.
• Educate and train caregivers to support patients' ongoing recovery.
