Job summary

Sage Rehabilitation Hospital in Baton Rouge has openings for Part-time Registered Nurses to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation care. You will deliver high-quality patient care, coordinate plans of care, and support staff through orientation and in-service sessions.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Must have current CPR Certification.
• Compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with great time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver optimal patient care to patients requiring Skilled Nursing and/or rehabilitation nursing care for general medical and post-surgical conditions.
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care
• Completes all documents timely
• Provide orientation and in-service to staff/personnel
• Assure compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation
