Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in California. You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to improve mobility and independence.

We value clear communication, collaboration with healthcare teams, and ongoing education for patients and families. This role requires a CA PT license or eligibility, BLS, and a bachelor’s degree or higher, with 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain.
• BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
• 1-2 years of physical therapy experience preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and coordinate care with healthcare teams.
• Supervise PT Assistants and support staff as needed.
• Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with therapy standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
