Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Physical Therapist in Indianapolis to interpret initial evaluations, set patient goals, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will modify plans as needed and apply appropriate techniques while collaborating with the care team.

Responsibilities include participating in teaching opportunities, contributing to inter-disciplinary program planning, and maintaining a safe environment to achieve positive patient outcomes and personal safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program is required.
• Must have a valid Indiana Physical Therapy license or temporary permit.
• Outpatient Orthopedics and an interest in Pelvic Health, preferred.
• Knowledgeable in anatomy/physiology, evaluation and therapy concepts, current materials and tech advances.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, peers, patients, families, physicians, and all internal/external customers.
• Ability to lift/transfer patients and treatment supply items without restriction.
• Involvement in teaching opportunities or clinical education of students and inter-disciplinary program planning.
