Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program.
• Must have a valid Indiana Physical Therapy license or temporary permit.
• Experienced or new graduate Physical Therapist eligible.
• Must be knowledgeable in anatomy/physiology, evaluation and therapy, theoretical concepts and techniques, current materials and technological advances, and new professional trends.

Responsibilities

• Interpret results of initial evaluation and determine appropriate patient goals.
• Develop and modify treatment plan using appropriate treatment techniques.
• Participate in teaching opportunities or clinical education of students; engage in inter-disciplinary program planning.
