The ideal candidate will have a degree in Physical Therapy, at least 5 years of experience, and be licensed in good standing. Responsibilities include administering assessments, providing treatment, and collaborating with the healthcare team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $72,000 to $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of physical therapy experience preferred.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design and implement patient's plan of care.
• Administer and interpret diagnostic tests to assist the physician.
• Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to patients.

Skills

Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently

Current CPR certification

Education
