You will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and apply evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain, while documenting progress and working with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification or state-required certifications.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices.
