Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized Physical Therapy programs to address resident needs and goals
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
• Provide one‑on‑one Physical Therapy sessions, as well as group therapy sessions as needed
• Develop and implement progressive exercise programs to promote resident mobility and strength
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident progress and treatment plans
