Qualifications

• Knowledge of current PT practice standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' abilities, limitations and mobility needs using standardized assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and physician orders.
• Provide skilled PT interventions including exercise, manual therapy and modalities.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and outcomes.
