This role requires a graduate degree in Physical Therapy, NJ licensure, and at least one year of experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in physical therapy, with a strong desire to work in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and treating residents with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions.

• Collaborating with physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to provide comprehensive care.

• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team conferences.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with residents, families, and staff members.
• Stay current with best practices and standards of physical therapy practice.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes.
