IRG Physical & Hand Therapy in Edmonds is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team and lead 1:1 patient care in a dynamic orthopedic setting. You will work with a clinic director who values lifestyle balance and professional growth, within a supportive, active community.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with current licensure or ability to obtain licensure in state of practice.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks in a high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 patient care in an orthopedic/hand therapy setting.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Operate in an open gym treatment environment with private eval rooms when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standards in daily practice.
• Build strong patient relationships and promote activity and mobility.
