Job description

$86.5k-$93k & Enhanced Compensation for 1:1 Patient Care! | Clinical Autonomy | Sign-On Bonus & Student Loan Repayment | AI Clinical Documentation

Work hard. Play hard. Get outside. Stay active!

We are looking for an experienced physical therapist to join our team! At our Edmonds clinic, we believe the best physical therapists are the ones who practice what they preach!

This is an opportunity to work along a Clinic director that believes your career should support your lifestyle—not define it. She has spent years serving the Edmonds community and is passionate about creating a workplace where providers are supported both professionally and personally.

Why You’ll Love This Team

We’re an experienced, collaborative group that enjoys what we do and who we work with. We take patient care seriously—but not ourselves.

  • Celebrates wins together
  • Hosts annual kickball games and trivia nights
  • Loves to laugh and have fun throughout the workday
  • Values authenticity, teamwork, and positivity
  • Supports one another inside and outside the clinic

If you’re looking for coworkers who enjoy building relationships and creating an upbeat environment, you’ll feel at home here.

About Our Clinic

Our Edmonds clinic treats a primarily orthopedic patient population in a mature, active community. We work closely with primary care and orthopedic surgical providers, all conveniently located in the same medical building, creating excellent collaboration and continuity of care.

Our ideal candidate:
  • Has strong orthopedic experience
  • Is comfortable practicing in an open gym treatment environment (private evaluation rooms are available for initial evaluations)
  • Is confident, approachable, and enjoys connecting with patients and teammates
  • Appreciates a relaxed, down-to‑earth culture
Bonus Skills We’d Love To Add

Experience in any of the following is highly valued:

  • Vestibular rehabilitation
  • Women’s pelvic health
Why Edmonds?

Our team is a happy, motivated group that believes the best way to help people keep moving is to surround yourself with people who love to move, too.

We value movement, adventure, and enjoying life beyond the clinic. If you’re looking for a clinic with experienced clinicians, supportive leadership, strong physician relationships, and a culture that encourages you to have a fulfilling life outside of work, we’d love to meet you!

Enhanced Compensation

IRG offers a professional revenue share model that gives you direct, transparent connection between your clinical work and your income. Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn up to an additional 20% of their base salary while maintaining 1:1 patient care!

The Professional Model: Core Pillars
  • Revenue share aligns clinicians with other professionals like physicians.
  • Autonomy allows control over schedule, income, and career path.
  • Clinical growth is supported through development resources and education.
  • The model emphasizes impact on patients’ lives, fulfilling professional purpose.
  • It rewards value creation, not just hours worked, reducing burnout.
Benefits
  • Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick, Personal)
  • Continuing Education Allocation
  • Clinical Mentorship Program
  • 401K plan with employer match
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Plans
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
  • Long-Term Disability
  • Life and AD&D Insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high‑stress environment.
