IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and administer outpatient physical therapy for injuries and disabilities, restoring function and preventing re-injury. We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient care and seeks continued growth in their professional skills. Our therapists evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments to patients suffering from injuries, disabilities, or diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent further injury. This role involves developing treatment plans based on medical referrals and individual patient goals.

Base Compensation: $86,500 - $93,000 depending on experience and certifications.
Enhanced Compensation: We offer a professional revenue share model that gives you direct, transparent connection between your clinical work and your income. Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn up to an additional 20% of their base salary!
