Clearbrook is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist specializing in Early Intervention to join our CHILD Therapy Services team in Arlington Heights, IL. This is a part-time, in-person and Telehealth role serving infants and toddlers aged 0-3 to address motor delays and promote physical development.

The position offers flexible part-time hours, a competitive hourly rate of $67, and opportunities for clinical mentorship in a collaborative, family-centered environment.

Qualifications

• DPT in Physical Therapy.
• Current Illinois PT license.
• Illinois Early Intervention certificate.
• 1 year of experience with children aged 0-3 in hospital, educational, or clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide EI PT services to infants and toddlers aged 0-3.
• Address motor delays and promote physical development.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement therapies.

Qualifications

Minimum Education / Experience Requirements:

• Doctorate degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy
• Current PT license in Illinois
• Illinois Early Intervention certificate
• 1 year of experience as a physical therapist with children aged 0-3 in a hospital, educational, or clinical setting or experience with children with multiple disabilities
