Job summary

Small Wonders Big Ideas Family Center is seeking passionate Physical Therapists to provide Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers in Illinois as Independent Contractors. You’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule and territories, with agency support and referrals to grow your caseload.

The role emphasizes working in the child’s natural environment, collaborating with families, and maintaining licensure and EI credentials.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois PT license.
• Illinois EI credential or eligibility.
• Experience with infants and toddlers preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional liability insurance, as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized PT services to infants and toddlers.
• Support developmental skills through play-based intervention.
• Work collaboratively with parents and caregivers.
• Provide services in the child's natural environment.
• Complete required clinical documentation.
• Participate in IFSP/team collaboration as required.

We are seeking passionate Physical Therapists to provide Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers throughout Illinois as Independent Contractors.

What You'll Do

As an Early Intervention Physical Therapist, you will:

• Provide individualized PT services to infants and toddlers


• Support developmental skills through play-based intervention

What We're Looking For

Compensation

Starting rate: $50 per completed 60-minute session
