Qualifications

• State of Iowa Physical Therapist License or eligibility to sit for boards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
• Develop individualized care plans with residents and staff.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to changing needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.
