Job summary

Oelwein Healthcare Center is seeking a licensed or eligible Physical Therapist (PT) to design and implement therapy programs that restore function, mobility, and reduce pain for residents. You will collaborate with the care team to tailor plans and monitor progress on an ongoing basis.
