Continuum Therapy Partners in Midlothian, VA seeks a Physical Therapist to join our clinician‑driven team. The role emphasizes patient‑centered care, collaborative planning, and delivering evidence‑based treatments.

You will evaluate and treat patients daytime, full‑time, with generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, licensure reimbursement, life insurance and PTO. Robious Health and Rehab is the location.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current VA PT license or eligibility and NPTE passage.
• Around 1 year of PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines

• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
