Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities. We value compassion, professional growth, and making a meaningful impact on residents in our care.

We offer an excellent total compensation package including competitive pay rates of $44–$55 per hour, comprehensive benefits, licensure reimbursement, and free CEUs with CEU360. This role is open to therapists at all experience levels in Missouri.

Formación

• Must have graduated from an accredited University and have a valid license in the appropriate state.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in line with licensure requirements.

Experience/Qualifications

Some Duties For This Position Include

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
