HAN Staff is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) in Ione, CA. The role offers a $65/hour pay rate on a 13-week contract, with a Tue-Fri shift from 7:30am to 3:30pm. Start date is 5/24/2026. The position requires CA licensure, at least 1 year of PT experience, and PSV documentation.

Physical Therapist (PT) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist.

• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
