Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit seeks a licensed physical therapist to evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed physical therapy programs. You will perform initial and ongoing assessments to determine needs and progress.

The role includes establishing, revising, and evaluating a care plan aligned with identified problems, applying standard PT techniques, and overseeing assistants, students, and support staff to ensure safe, effective care.

Qualifications
