Job summary

Healthcare Recruitment Counselors in Renton, WA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative integrated healthcare team. You will evaluate patients, develop plans, and treat orthopedic conditions using evidence-based methods.

The role offers 3 weeks PTO, paid holidays, health/dental/life/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, CE allowance, and wellness credits, with a strong multidisciplinary team. DPT + WA license required.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Washington Physical Therapy License.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
• Guide patients through rehabilitation programs, therapeutic exercise, and functional movement training
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery and home exercise programs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes
• Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Collaborate with providers across multiple specialties to deliver comprehensive patient care
