Job summary

HCRC consulting in Renton, WA is seeking a devoted Physical Therapist to join our integrated care team. This full-time role offers $90K–$100K+ compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, health/dental/life/vision insurance, and a 401(k) with employer match.

You will work with physicians, chiropractors, and rehab specialists to reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve quality of life, maintaining EMR records and leading PTAs in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Washington Physical Therapy License.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based physical therapy techniques.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation programs, therapeutic exercise, and functional movement training.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with providers across multiple specialties to deliver comprehensive patient care.
