Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services across partner facilities. You will screen patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, discharge planning, and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs while maintaining compliance with clinical standards.

You will work with a dedicated clinical team, stay current with state regulations, and participate in ongoing education to advance patient outcomes and program development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients in facilities and communities.
• Screen and evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs; coordinate discharge planning.
• Ensure care aligns with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain infection control and patient confidentiality.
