Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager in Ball Ground, GA. You will lead clinical operations, develop treatment plans, ensure quality, and drive growth through community engagement and referrals.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and compliance with licensure and BLS requirements, with a strong focus on patient outcomes and team collaboration. This is a full-time position at a growing practice in the region.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• State licensure as a physical therapist.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient and empower them to exceed outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Meet and exceed clinic budget through referrals, visits, and appropriate billing practices.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, clinicians and team members.

Join our team as a Clinic Manager, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

Your Responsibilities As a Clinic Manager

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Management experience preferred
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $90,000-$115,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 available in select locations!
