Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead treatment programs across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. You will evaluate, plan, and administer evidence-based care to help patients recover and improve outcomes.

The role emphasizes budget responsibility, referral development, and team leadership within a dynamic clinic setting. Licensing, BLS, and a PT degree are required with management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices.

Your Responsibilities As a Clinic Manager

• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices

Qualifications

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $95,000-$120,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
