Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead evidence-based care across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic and sports medicine specialties in Illinois.

You will evaluate, plan, and administer treatment programs to help patients recover, while managing the clinic budget and driving referral growth. Join a collaborative team focused on leadership development and community impact.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• State Licensure to practice physical therapy.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Management experience preferred.

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices.

Join our team as a Clinic Manager, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $85,000 - 110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
