Drayer Physical Therapy Institute in Manchester, PA, is seeking a Clinic Director and licensed Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient orthopedics team. You will mentor clinicians, elevate patient outcomes, and shape a positive, high-performing clinic culture.

This leadership role combines direct patient care with operations oversight, referral relationships, and alignment with Upstream Rehabilitation's resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others required.
