Job summary

Drayer Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for outpatient ortho in Pennsylvania. Lead and mentor a team of PTs and clinical staff, deliver evidence-based care, and oversee clinic operations and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans.
