Job summary

Drayer Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, in Pennsylvania, seeks a Clinic Director who is a licensed Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedics team. You will mentor clinicians, drive patient outcomes, and cultivate a high-performing clinic culture.

You’ll oversee operations, develop care plans, and build referral networks while growing your leadership capabilities through Upstream’s development programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling.
• Build relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support growth.
• Develop leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s development programs.
