Results Physiotherapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is opening a new outpatient orthopedics clinic in Houston (Sienna) and seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to lead the team as Clinic Director. You will mentor clinicians, drive clinical excellence, and shape a high-performing culture.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred (not required).

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
