Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Clinic Director for a brand-new outpatient ortho clinic in Houston, TX opening Oct 2026. Lead a team of Physical Therapists, develop clinicians, and drive exceptional patient outcomes while benefiting from strong leadership support, equity pathway, and extensive development opportunities.

You will oversee clinic operations, foster partnerships with referral sources, and participate in Upstream’s leadership development programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred (not required).
• Passion for developing others required.

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
