Job summary

Results Physiotherapy in Houston is opening a new outpatient clinic and seeking a Clinic Director who will lead an eager team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff. The role blends hands-on patient care with clinic leadership to build a high-performing, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling.
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
