Job summary

Welltech Partners seeks a Physical Therapist Center Director in Modesto, CA for a full-time outpatient clinic. You will evaluate, treat, and supervise patients, lead PT staff, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires CA licensure and a DPT (preferred), CPR, and EMR experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, vision, vacation, relocation/sign-on bonus, and CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Valid California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• DPT in Physical Therapy or related field (preferred).
• Current CPR certification (preferred).
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Knowledge of the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Strong commitment to ethical and professional standards in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical limitations or impairments.
• Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation.

• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs.
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress.
• Maintain accurate and up‑date patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any changes in status.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• See 12 - 14 patients/day (1 pt every 30 mins).
• Management of PTA & aides, 1-2 at most.
• Leadership skills without additional administrative responsibilities.

Location: Modesto, CA.

Job type: Full-time, outpatient clinic (adult).

Responsibilities:
