About The Role

We are looking for compassionate therapists licensed in Indiana to join our full-time team and help clients thrive through personalized, virtual care. This remote, salaried role offers stability, benefits, and support to focus on making a meaningful difference. You will build lasting therapeutic relationships, provide high-quality care, and be part of a supportive team. As we expand across the U.S., we will assist in obtaining additional state licenses based on client needs, expanding your impact.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual therapy and support via our secure telehealth platform.
• Create and adapt personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Apply evidence-based practices to address various mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation reflecting your commitment to quality care.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Build strong, trusting relationships, empowering clients with practical coping strategies and resilience-building.

The Experience, Traits, and Skills You Need

• Active, unrestricted Indiana license as LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent.
• At least five years of post-licensure clinical experience, including telehealth.
• Ability to maintain CEUs, hold an active NPI number, and be eligible for healthcare programs.
• Tech-savvy with experience using telehealth tools, EHR systems, and video platforms like Zoom.
• Private, HIPAA-compliant space for virtual sessions.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, clear communicator, and efficient documenter.
