About the role

Antelope Recovery is hiring exceptional, Licensed Mental Health Therapists/ Counselors to provide IOP and OP telehealth services to our adolescent clients and their parents. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.

People know Antelope Recovery for our warm and knowledgeable clinical team. While each clinician has their own interests, expertise, and style, we require all team members to be well-versed in various modalities. Our clients are struggling to cope with underlying mental health issues and benefit from therapists who are sophisticated, relational, and versatile. Successful candidates are committed to bettering their clients' mental health and being adept at self-care, ensuring they are prepared to give their best every day to address the youth mental health crisis.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling)
• State licensure as a therapist (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• Must be available in the evenings to meet the schedules of our clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Passion for helping others heal, grow, and thrive

About you:

• Well-versed in a variety of modalities and feel confident integrating them into your treatment approach (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus)
• Confident in working with teens and young adults
• Passionate about supporting parents
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Creative and engaging, especially over video!

Compensation:

This is a full-time, W2 role with a salary between 75-85,000 per year. This includes a full 401k and health insurance benefits package.
