Pay ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually for full‑time employment. Salary depends on local labor market, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Additional benefits include incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution, all subject to eligibility requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure prior to starting
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, as required by specialty
• One or more years of outpatient experience; new graduates and candidates with equivalent clinical training encouraged to apply
