Rehab Director, EDO
Evaluate patients and develop physical therapy treatment programs in collaboration with physicians. Provide physical therapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises, massages, and modalities. Instruct, motivate, and assist patients and caregivers in activities of daily living. Supervise and direct efforts of the Physical Therapy Assistant, if assigned.

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current state license/registration as a Physical Therapist.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with policies and laws.
Lift up to 50 pounds, perform transfers, reposition patients, and perform repetitive upper extremity movements. May be exposed to unsanitary conditions and high-crime areas.
