Summary:

Evaluate patients, develop treatment programs, administer therapies, and supervise assistants as needed.

Qualifications:

Must have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, current license, and the ability to perform essential duties effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Provide direct patient care using various modalities.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members and participate in care conferences.
• Maintain ethical standards, effective communication, and teamwork.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and proper documentation.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform transfers, reposition patients, and perform repetitive movements.

Work Environment:

May involve exposure to unsanitary conditions and high-crime areas. Accommodations available for disabilities.
