Support physical therapy care as a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

Implement plan of care in consultation with the physical therapist and other care‑team members.
Communicate findings or changes regarding patients to the physical therapist and other care‑team members.
Educate patients and families on basic home safety and medical equipment safety.
Demonstrate a solution‑driven, self‑motivated, inspiring approach to help patients reach their goals.
Work independently without direct oversight, recognizing when to seek support and communicate challenges.
