Job summary

Paradigm Home Health Companies is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN) in the McKinney/Frisco/Allen area. The role involves implementing care plans with the supervising PT and educating patients and families on home safety and equipment use.

You will communicate patient progress to the PT and care team, work independently, and stay current with technology while delivering compassionate home health care in a PRN capacity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in physical therapy.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Home Health experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of WellSky EMR software is a plus.
