Lake Whitney Operation LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant PRN for our Whitney, Texas location. The role involves implementing care plans, communicating with healthcare teams, and educating patients on safety.

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy and a current BLS/CPR certification. Home health experience and familiarity with WellSky EMR software are advantages. A valid Texas Driver's License is required.

Qualifications

Home health experience preferred.
Valid Texas Driver's License and automobile insurance required.

Implement plan of care in consultation with physical therapist and other care‑team members.
Communicate findings or changes in regard to patients back to the physical therapist and other care‑team members.
Educate patients and their families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety.
Be solution driven, self‑motivated, and inspiring to patients to reach their goals.
Work independently without direct oversight.
Able to discern when to call for support and communicate challenges.
Familiar and comfortable with technology.
