Join our Select Medical outpatient sports center as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Phoenix. You will work under a licensed physical therapist, performing high-quality PT services for patients, and collaborating with centers and staff to enhance care.

The position emphasizes sports medicine and community engagement. The role requires PTA program completion, CAPTE certification, an active or in-process PTA license, and CPR certification, with a full-time schedule and opportunities for

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Position:Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient Sports

Location: 2830 N 42nd st Phoenix, AZ 85018

Incentives: $5,000 Sign-on Bonus and $200/month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (3 evenings until 6 pm)

Compensation: Hourly, $26.00-$35.00, based on experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
