Job summary

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our outpatient orthopedic center in Phoenix, AZ. You will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to deliver high-quality care to patients of all ages.

This full-time position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus, a competitive hourly rate of $27.00–$35.00, and a supportive team focused on athlete rehab and return-to-sport goals. Mon-Fri schedule, with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and procedures.
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance client relations.
