Banner Physical Therapy, part of Select Medical, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Phoenix to join a respected outpatient orthopedic team. You will provide PT services under supervision, supporting patient recovery and activity goals.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs (CAPTE).
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision of a licensed physical therapist as required by state practice acts.
• Deliver high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in line with PT policies.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients and support staff relations.

Location: 2222 E Highland Ave, Suite 310 Phoenix, AZ 85016

Incentives: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus and $200/Month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: Hourly, $30.00 - $36.00/Hr, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
