Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics in Phoenix. It’s a salaried, full-time role with a starting salary of $80,000+ per year, plus incentives including a $15,000 sign-on bonus and student loan repayment.

The team treats a broad range of patients across joints and ages in a modern open floor plan. The position offers mentorship, a robust CEU program, generous PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, and a company-matching 401(k).

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Current State PT license or eligibility to practice in the state.
• PT degree from an accredited program is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with patients, families, physicians, and payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Treat a wide variety of patients across joints, ages, post-op, and acute injuries.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 755 E McDowell Rd First Floor Phoenix AZ 85006

Incentives: $15,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/mth Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (1 evening until 7 pm)

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $80,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
