Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in California is seeking a licensed or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement prescribed physical therapy programs, track patient progress, and deliver compassionate care to support recovery.

As a PTA, you will work closely with the Director of Rehab and fellow clinicians to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes in a busy skilled nursing and facility setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities as prescribed.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with rehab team to optimize patient care.
• Assess patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Refer to other services to help patients thrive and recover.

Education
