Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a licensed or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement PT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments tailored to each patient’s needs with a focus on restoring mobility and function.

You will collaborate with directors and therapists, helping patients regain independence across adult populations in skilled nursing, outpatient, and home-based settings while upholding compassionate, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities per developed recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress as part of the rehab team.
• Collaborate with peers to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.

Education
