Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver individualized therapy in facility settings across the care continuum. You will implement established programs, track progress, and contribute to comprehensive recovery plans for patients in skilled nursing, outpatient, and home care environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to address the whole patient and goals.
• Maintain patient-centered care focused on helping patients regain function and independence.

Education
